  • Google Pay: For a seamless checkout experience on supported devices.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for orders within the United Arab Emirates (UAE) only. A non-refundable service fee of AED 10 will be applied to all COD orders.

2. Payment Security

Your security is our priority. All online transactions are processed through Stripe, a leading global payment gateway that is PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant. Your credit card information is encrypted and transmitted securely. We do not store your full credit card details on our servers.

3. Currency

All prices and transactions are processed in United Arab Emirates Dirham (AED). If you are using an international credit card, your bank will convert the amount to your local currency at their exchange rate.

4. Order Confirmation

Upon successful payment, you will receive an order confirmation email with the details of your purchase. If you do not receive this email within one hour of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact our customer support.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Terms

  • COD is available only for orders delivered within the UAE.
  • Please ensure you have the exact cash amount ready for our courier partner at the time of delivery.
  • The AED 10 COD service fee is non-refundable.
  • We reserve the right to disable the COD option for customers who have previously refused delivery of a COD order.
