Shipping & Delivery Policy

At SeenToys, we are dedicated to delivering your educational toys quickly and efficiently. This policy outlines our shipping and delivery procedures within the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and to other Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries.
1. Order Processing
- Processing Time: All orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
- Order Cut-Off: Orders placed after 3:00 PM (GST) will be processed on the next business day.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders over AED 150 within the UAE.
3. Delivery Process
- Courier Partners: We partner with reliable courier services to ensure your order reaches you safely. Our primary partners are Aramex and Fetchr.
- Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
- Delivery Attempts: Our courier partners will attempt to deliver your order twice. If both attempts are unsuccessful, the order will be returned to our warehouse, and you will be contacted to arrange for re-delivery at an additional charge.
4. International Shipping
We currently ship to the following GCC countries: Saudi Arabia, Oman, Kuwait, Bahrain, and Qatar. Shipping costs and delivery times for international orders are calculated at checkout and vary depending on the destination and weight of the package.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes: SeenToys is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
5. Order Status
If you haven’t received your order within 5 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@seentoys.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
